Frequently Asked Questions

See Our Exceptional Care in Every Visit

We promise to listen and give answers
because you deserve great eye care!

  • Yes! Every doctor has a personal assistant who records the results of your appointment. This approach gives the doctor the freedom to maintain eye contact with you, really listen to you, and give you the attention you deserve.

  • We always include enough time in your appointment to ensure that the doctor can answer any questions you may have.

We even have dedicated TLC days, where we schedule extra time with the doctor for those who require it. Our most senior patients deserve and greatly benefit from these days. No one else offers TLC days like we do!

  • We will thoroughly explain all testing to you. When your Vision and Eye Health Evaluation is completed, you will know more about your eyes than ever before and understand, in detail, what any treatment plan entails.

  • Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being considerate of your time so you will never be left waiting.

  • None! We fill out the information forms for you. Every healthcare practitioner requires information about you, but we don’t ask you to complete all those forms. Instead, we prefer to listen to you. We will personally interview you and record your information for you.

  • Like family members, we care about our patients everywhere and all of the time.
